想把物理機中的文件拷貝到VMware Workstation中的賓客虛擬機中，或者相反，怎么辦？VMware提供了兩種方法：

1）拖曳

2）共享文件夾

拖曳方法最好理解，直接將物理機中的文件拖曳到虛擬機中；共享文件夾呢，則是指定物理機中一個文件夾供物理機與賓客機共用。這兩個功能都要求我們在賓客機中安裝VMware Tools。安裝過程如下：

第1步

點擊VMware Workstation菜單“虛擬機---安裝VMware tools”，安裝后，會顯示成“重新安裝VMware tools”，如上圖。

第2步

虛擬機的桌面上會顯示出一個光盤的圖標。

此時，在桌面上用鼠標點右鍵，打開一個Shell終端，運行如下命令：

# ls /run/media/kiosk/"VMware Tools"
