做測試的時候，發現創建云主機失敗，點開概況看到 
報錯信息上要求檢查neutron的日志，查看server.log，看到以下信息：

發現三個linuxbridgeagent都是xxx表示down了

+---------------------+--------------------------------------+可能之前重啟neutron相關服務的時候導致linuxbridgeagent服務down了，所以出現以上報錯 重啟下服務應該就沒問題了
# systemctl restart neutron-linuxbridge-agent.service
再重新創建云主機，發現創建成功。
