1.數據庫環境。

Oracle Exadata Machine x4-2
Oracle RAC Database 11.2.0.4.6 for Linux x86_64bit
[root@dm01db01 ~]# uname -r
2.6.39-400.126.1.el5uek

2.使用EMCA創建EM。

[root@dm01db01 ~]# su - oracle
[oracle@dm01db01 ~]$ emca -config dbcontrol db  -repos create -cluster
......
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
......
收到ORA-12514報錯。

emca工具輸出的日志被存放在$GRID_BASE/cfgtoollogs/emca目錄下。

查看/u01/app/grid/cfgtoollogs/emca/emca_2014_06_18_10_26_50.log日志：

    從最后面的日志可以看出，報ORA-12514錯誤的原因是不能通過SCAN LISTENER連接到ASM實例，說明ASM實例沒有向SCAN LISTENER動態注冊。

3.ASM實例向SCAN LISTENER動態注冊。

[root@dm01db01 ~]# su - grid

SYMPTOMS

While using EMCA to create DB Console repository, this fails with:

CONFIG: ORA-28003: password verification for the specified password failed
ORA-20003: Password should contain at least one \

CAUSE

This is treated in internal BUG 4195090.

SOLUTION

a) Disable the Password verification
b) Create the Repository
c) Enable the password verification.

Note: For disabling the password verification function, Note 114930.1 can be used. For example:

SQL> alter profile default limit password_verify_function null;

7.重新啟用密碼驗證函數。

配置完成后檢查是否能夠正常的登錄EM工具，另外還有兩點需要注意：
1).emca是用操作系統oracle用戶執行的。
2).不能使用IP地址訪問EM工具，一定使用機器名訪問，例如：https://dm01db01.tequ.com:1158/em
