同事對rac集群生成性能報告時發現rac集群有一個實例沒有生成awr快照,另一個實例快照正常。下面是具體處理步驟。
1號實例沒有生成awr快照

mmon進程與awr快照相關,mmnl與ash相關,如是查看兩個實例的mmon與mmnl進程
2號實例

可以看到1號實例沒有mmon與mmnl進程了。

ORA12751的錯誤原因是陳舊的SYS對象統計數據會導致生成次優執行計劃,從而使AWR自動刷新從操作的語句運行更長時間和超時。
解決方法就是收集新的SYS對象統計信息,為優化器提供更好的統計信息,并生成更高效的執行計劃

下面就是重啟mmon和mmnl進程

查看alert日志可以看到mmon和mmnl進程已經重啟了

過了兩個小時去查看1號實例已經生成了兩條快照信息
